Registration

You can register online here.

For each accepted paper at least one registration as presenting author is required. The authors registration deadline is October 10.

Once your registration validated, you will receive a notice of reciept email within 72 hours and the invoice via postal mail within 10 to 15 days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent 7 days before the conference providing all the last details about the payement, how to send the student status proof, access plan, etc.

Registration rates are the following:

A special discount is offered to students in a Dutch institution by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO).

Each registration fee includes one electronic copy of the conference proceedings and lunches, but not the conference dinner which can be purchased separately for 60.00 EUR. The diner will take place in the Melia hotel on Monday 25th October (see Accomodation section for hotel venue information).

To prevent wasting paper, participants who wish to have a printed version of the proceedings will need to pay a 40.00 EUR extra. The proceedings will be sent by mail within a 2 month period.

All registrations done after October 20 will have to be done on-site without additional cost.
